Depending on scale, 12 to 30 months. Projects under 5,000 m² average 14 months.

Which regions do you operate in?

Ankara-based — primarily working in Pursaklar, Altındağ, Çankaya and Keçiören; we take on country-wide work when scope justifies it.

How does the turnkey guarantee work?

Schedule and budget agreed at contract are fixed. We provide 10-year structural and 2-year MEP warranties.
