Our head office is in Altındağ, Ankara; we undertake residential, commercial and land-for-flats projects across Ankara — most notably in Pursaklar, Keçiören, Çankaya and Altındağ. Since 1972, our activity has been Ankara-based.

A notary-secured contract is signed with the landowner; the independent units (flats/shops) are shared at agreed ratios. From the building permit to the occupancy permit, every obligation is set out clearly in the contract. For details, see our Land-for-Flats Construction service page.

Yes. We provide a 10-year warranty on structural works and a 2-year warranty on mechanical and electrical (MEP) systems. The schedule and budget are fixed in the contract.

All of our projects are designed and built in full compliance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code (TBDY 2018) and the relevant standards.

Our contracted clients can view weekly progress, photos and documents through the Project Tracking portal using their private access code.
