my PLAZA was designed in Pursaklar purely for commercial use: street-facing shops on the ground floor and office units above. The reinforced-concrete frame uses wide spans to keep the office floors flexible, and the facade is thermally insulated. Completed in 2020, the building today hosts a number of firms working in the area.
