Our mixed-use development rising across from Pursaklar State Hospital: residences above, commercial units at street level. The largest project we have undertaken in three generations.
Technical overview.
CETIN Avenue is being built at one of Pursaklar's busiest junctions, directly across from the State Hospital. The reinforced-concrete frame is engineered to the current seismic code. Commercial units occupy the ground floor beneath the residences, with an enclosed car park on the lower levels. The facade carries a thermally insulated cladding system, and a shared landscaped courtyard sits within the block. This is the broadest scale our business has reached since 1972 — the project our family has poured the most into.
