CETIN Belediye was completed in 2005 at a lively spot near the municipality in Keçiören. It is a mixed-use building combining around 18 apartments with commercial units on the ground floor. Built with a reinforced-concrete frame to the code of its time and a thermally insulated facade, its position opens the ground-floor units straight onto the district's daily flow; for years the building has housed both residents and shopkeepers.
