CETIN Park, completed in Dikmen in 2007, is a residential building of around 20 apartments. It was designed as a measured volume suited to the scale of its neighbourhood. Built with a reinforced-concrete frame to the code of its time, with a thermally insulated facade, the building sits in a quiet corner of Dikmen close to green space and has been home to families for many years.
