Hacı Ömer Ağa Villas comprises ten detached homes in the quiet fabric of Beytepe. Each villa has its own garden, and the layout was set out to balance privacy with greenery. The villas were built with a reinforced-concrete structure to the code of their time, with thermally insulated facades. Handed over in 2011, the scheme shows the same careful workmanship our firm brings to detached housing.
