CETIN Sitesi, completed in Keçiören in 2001, holds a special place as the first large-scale development our firm delivered. Alongside roughly 30 apartments, a row of shop units lines the entrance — an ambitious scheme for its day that brought homes and everyday shopping into one settlement. It was built with a reinforced-concrete frame to the code of its time. For us this site is a milestone: it laid the foundations of the scale we have reached today, and we still build with the same care.
